Great stay, needs a bit of tweaking

We had a nice time overall, the breakfast was super tasty with loads of options! The only bummer was the kids menu. Too healthy for their taste. a burger or pizza would have been nice. The restaurant prices felt steep for families. Our room was comfy and clean, but it could use some soundproofing. A solid place to rest up!

Friendly staff, convenient location. the helpful reception staff made our stay enjoyable, and the indoor swimming pool was a great addition for the children.

Quick access from the M6 is fab! The room was a breath of fresh air with its lovely decor, and that comfy bed worked wonders after my journey. Plus, the pool was just the cherry on top!

But honestly, I half-expect a personal serenade when I showered. the acoustics were quite ‘vocal’! And those thin windows? A dawn chorus that makes waking up far too easy!

Consider asking for a room away from the main corridors for a quieter experience, as some areas can be busy.

Dining in the bar resulted in disappointing mains that did not meet expectations, leading us to seek breakfast elsewhere.
